Campbell Banfield is the Divisional Manager of Costas Table Grape Category overseeing farming, operations, sales, and marketing. He joined Costa in 2011 and has over a decade of experience in the table grape industry.

Campbell has previously held senior sales and marketing roles within the grape business and has a passion for market and varietal development. He is also a board member of Australian Horticultural Trade.

Since joining Costa, Campbell has seen the incredible transformation that the Australian Table Grape industry has gone through with a significant increase in production footprint, season extension, varietal change, export market access and sustainable packaging innovation.

Campbell and his experienced and dedicated team have been key in driving change within the company and industry establishing Costas Grape Business as a true leader in innovation.
